to permanently delete their account and associated data at any time.
Once your account deletion request is completed, your profile, wallet details,
booking history, and related account information will be permanently removed from our platform,
except data required for legal or security purposes.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Open the Rozi App on your mobile device
- Login using your registered mobile number and OTP
- Go to Profile / Account Settings
- Select Delete Account
- Confirm your request using OTP verification
- Your account deletion request will be processed

- Mobile number and account details
- Booking and service history
- Wallet information and app activity
- Saved addresses and preferences
Data That May Be Retained
Certain transaction records or legal logs may be retained for a limited period
to comply with legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution,
and financial regulations.
